Safety
Customers agree to follow technician guidance regarding preparation, pet safety, and re-entry times after treatment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AM Pest Control is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service requests or site use. Our responsibility for qualifying treatments is limited to the remedies described in your service agreement or satisfaction guarantee.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled in Ontario courts of competent jurisdiction.
